The Whole Foods Spring Challenge

Join in the challenge with Jai and find out how your body responds to wholesome, healthy foods. This challenge will include the following:

  • Link to live Zoom Event: “Opening Ceremony, Q & A + Meditation”
  • Instructions for planning & execution your personalized 10-day eating and training experience
  • A daily food and process journal with space to log your food intake as well as questions that are to be answered an hour after each meal. Upon reflection, after the challenge you can see your gains, and learn about what habits you want to retain in life, going forward. You will see how your mindset evolved over 10 days. This is an excellent way to study one’s mind
  • Lots of video content that you can download or stream to support your goals. You will get links to 6 Yoga classes, 3 cooking videos 3 meditations, 3 strength training classes,
  • A link to the POST PRACTICE INTEGRATION, on Zoom Video Conference: “Closing Ceremony & Lessons Learned”
