Step Into Your Divine Masculine Essence

Great men are made, not born.

We work relentlessly on ourselves as we grow and adapt into each stage of life, on the path towards the mature masculine.

The Spiritual Warrior Men’s Health Workshop will help you understand your strengths and weaknesses as a man and provide you with a map of the territories of masculine selfhood, which you still need to explore. You will do equal parts work on your interior (mind and spirit) as well as your exterior (body, professional life and relationships)

This Workshop is 80 percent practice and 20 percent theory. Be ready for action in hard practices like strength training and power yoga, as well as the soft practices like shamanism, meditation, journaling and public speaking.

The rituals you engage in on this Intensive are meant to integrate your personality with the mature masculine virtues of calm compassion, clarity of vision, and creativity.

We will be living in tents on private property, with access to indoor showers and bathrooms. Bring your own sheets, blankets, and inflatables. If you do not own a tent, one will be set up for you prior to your arrival. There is a stream to wade in, on property, and we will end each day with massive fires, and storytelling. The mindfulness work you do on this retreat is aimed at aligning your thoughts with your values, hopes, and dreams.

You will be served gourmet meals three times per day, made by professional chef Jeremiah Brimlow. Farm fresh eggs from the property are available every morning.

Silence will be practiced for the first two hours of every morning.

No Phones from Friday 11am – Sunday 2:30pm. You will turn in your phone and it will be returned to you after the consciousness immersion, at the closing ceremony.

Fee: $1200

The retreat is capped at 12 men. 

A Negative Covid Test is Mandatory

All Guests must be asymptomatic. Masks are optional, use your discretion and negotiate intelligently with respect to social distance.

The Spiritual Warrior Men’s Health Workshop is organized for you to go deeper inside of yourself, in a safe, supportive environment, where nature sings her song. You will have solitude and time to reflect. There will be time to write in your journal, listen to the birds, and be in process. Sharing and storytelling at the evening fires is optional, but encouraged. You may think of the entire weekend as an opportunity to focus 100 percent on your personal development. This is your chance to cultivate a powerful connection to your soul, that can be a guiding light, going forward.
