Whole Foods Spring Challenge

May 6th – 15th  |  $60

Nourish your body the way nature intended!

This 10 day “clean eating” practice involves consuming whole foods for 10 days in a row. Whole foods are: foods that have been processed or refined as little as possible and are free from additives or other artificial substances.

Think of the practice as a structured experiment.

For the duration of the challenge you are to eat foods that are as close to their natural state as possible. All nutritional styles, systems and methods are welcome, as we move beyond dogma, and focus 100 percent on eating nutrient dense foods. A Vegetarian or Carnivore and anyone on that spectrum can gain equally from this practice.

The aim of this challenge is to eat clean for 10 days in a row. You will focus on eating foods that merge with your body. This means focusing on foods that are anti-inflammatory and foods that keep your blood sugar stable.

There is no one right way to eat for all peoples. Foods that create inflammation in one person’s body, may absorb perfectly for another. The challenge is one of paying attention to what you eat and then seeing what effect that food has on your system. This practice is designed to improve your relationship to food, and how it affects your body, mind and energy levels.

Participants will get an ebook & journal in your email, one week before the challenge, that includes:
  • Link to live Zoom Event: “Opening Ceremony, Q&A + Meditation”
  • Instructions for planning & execution your personalized 10 day eating and training experience
  • A daily food and process journal with space to log your food intake as well as questions that are to be answered an hour after each meal. Upon reflection, after the challenge you can see your gains, and learn about what habits you want to retain in life, going forward. You will see how your mindset evolved over 10 days. This is an excellent way to study one’s mind
  • Lots of video content that you can download or stream to support your goals. You will get links to 6 Yoga classes, 3 cooking videos 3 meditations, 3 strength training classes
  • A link to the POST PRACTICE INTEGRATION, on Zoom Video Conference: “Closing Ceremony & Lessons Learned”
